Please apply for travel permits 4-5 business days before the game to ensure that your team will have proper authorization for each game that is not in our zone! If you apply too late your permit will be denied.
IF A TEAM IS CAUGHT PLAYING OUTSIDE OUR ZONE WITHOUT A PERMIT, THE COACH AND THE MANAGER WILL BE SUSPENDED!!*****Game sheets for any game that requires a travel permit MUST be faxed back to Margie Smith @ Hockey Alberta within 48 hours of the game completion. Be sure the permit number is clearly visible on the gamesheet.*****

Any team not returning the game sheets in a timely manner will not be allowed any further permits.
You need a travel permit for any tournament or exhibition game that your team plays that is not in our zone. Even if the team is in your league, if it is not a league game then a permit must be issued. Permits are not required for practices outside our zone, as we have blanket coverage for all practices.
