Registration dates for the 2009/2010 season will held in July.
Late fees will now apply to all MMHA members.
All new members to MMHA will not be charged late fee.
We require a copy of the registrant's birth certificate and Alberta Health Care Card for all new registrants.


ALL NEW REGISTRANTS MUST SUPPLY A COPY OF THEIR ALBERTA HEALTH CARE CARD AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE
