Quick Links on Website

New quick links have been added to the top left-hand corner of the home page. “Ice Availability” – lists available ice slots – with online booking available. “Classifieds” – opportunity to post items for sale related to minor hockey – this functionality is coming soon. “Multi-Media” – opportunity to upload video and additional media to be displayed on our home page – this functionality is coming soon. “Links” – Arena links as well as links for league information and redirection to respective league websites.

Ice Schedule

Please note: As of September 21, 2009 all ice schedule and ice availability/booking will only be updated on the new site. The “ICE” tab on the main menu bar houses the “Ice Schedule” tab; which lists the General Ice Schedule; the “Available Ice” tab; lists available ice slots as well as provides the opportunity to book the slot if interested. Upon completely the booking form your contact information will be sent to our Ice Scheduler for confirmation of your request.

Team Managers/Coaches

Once your teams have been selected please e-mail ross@rvcity.ab.ca for your Login and password to begin entering details onto your team home page. Please put your team name in the subject line in your e-mail. Please allow 24 hours for processing. Your login and password will be e-mailed back to you.

To access your team’s administration page click on the “Administration Login” located below the SVF logo. This will unhide the login box; input your login and password as provided and click the login button. This will take you to your Team Administration home page. Please note on the upper right-hand corner a printable instruction manual is available for consultation. Our recommendation is print the manual to have it available upon inputting your team’s Staff, Roster, Practices, Schedule and Standings. Your will also be able to input Team News that will appear on your Team home page each time it is accessed by your team parents, coaches, players and spectators.

Coaches/Parents/Players/Spectators

To Access your Team Home Page – Click on the “Divisions” tab (above the SVF logo) this will reveal the respective divisions. Click on your applicable Division; this will reveal the “Teams” tabs; select your team as applicable; this will open up your team’s home page. On the Home Page you can view current team news and select the tabs for Staff, Roster, Practices, Schedule and Standings. Additionally, on your team home page you will see a calendar that will list (once added by your site administrator) Team events, Practices, Home and Away Games. Team Home pages will become a excellent vehicle to keep all participants informed. It will be key for your team administrators to keep current with their information recording.
